I've been having one of those weeks where everything seems to just kinda pile on top of itself.
Like, I had my GED test, Monday and Tuesday afternoon. So of course on Saturday I get a call about a job interview. Monday morning. Now, I'm one of those people to whom 'morning' is 'before noon.' As in...11:57 am. That's about my definition of this 'morning' crap. but no, Monday -morning-. As in normal persons 'morning'. So I have exactly like 32 hour notice to be functional at a time of day I hate, which is all cool. No big deal, worse comes to worse, I am awake in the morning and passed back out by 1 pm for napping. Except...Not. I must be functional for a test.
So that was fun. And of course because I did take a short nap between interview and test, i had no desire for sleep until like 7 am the next morning. Blergh!
To top that off, the interview? K-Mart. Cashier position. I find out that it's seriously -part time- cashier. like 6-12 hours a week. And they have -way- to many applicants and interviews, so I probably won't get it anyway.
But yeah, I still haven't recovered a sleeping schedule. Which is a bad thing about being me. I get set into a sleeping pattern, and can't change it short of not sleeping for 2 days and more or less forcing myself into a new one. Fun fun.
Yup, that's it.
List for the day...Jobs I've had
Carhop (server) at a drive in
Wal-Mart remodel temp, into...
Wal-Mart Cashier
Selling Kirby Vaccuums
Used car sales
Short job list, yeah? Guess that you could count sales in my mum's booth, but that was just because I'm better at it than my mum, and her not selling anything just wasn't working.
